What’s On The To Do List For Supply Chain Leaders
No sports team can afford to rest on its laurels. The day after the winning season ends, the best coaches identify what they did well, where they need to improve, and where they want to go. Then, they create a list of priorities that will enable them to reach their goal. The same is true for supply chain leaders: The best identify the projects they need to undertake next in order to stay ahead of the competition and help their organizations reach the next level. In this round table discussion, Loyola University Chicago’s John A. Caltagirone and supply chain leaders from some of Chicago’s best performing companies will talk about the initiatives they plan to launch in the coming one to two years, how they expect to improve their performance, and why the initiative is a priority for the future.
Attendees of this session will learn:
- the dynamics impacting the supply chains of their peers in different industry verticals;
- the approaches and initiatives these leaders are taking to respond to changing dynamics;
- how supply chain leaders from other companies are preparing their organizations for the future.
